My mom is on this get rid of junk spree, so she is making me clean out stuff in my room here in Hickory. Well, needless to say I found some interesting things including a note from my roommate in college when she came to say hi to me at the library but I was passed out on the chairs, some fake 25 cent jewelry from when I was little, and a couple of tapes (I mean who uses tapes anymore, i have a tape deck in my car, but really). Anyways, here are just a few things I had to say goodbye to:
On the left is a pooh bear my cousin Nicole gave me for my birthday a while ago. On the right is my Michigan bear that my roommate from college - Ayumi gave me, it sings the Michigan fight song
(l to r) powerpuff girl - my childhood friend tiffany and i called each other powerpuff girls because we would beat up the boys. Jessica the bunny - given to me in the 3rd grade by a friend. Flower - given to my by my cousin Joan
(l to r) Lorax - in high school for our senior year we had to come up with a class mascot, ours was the lorax and we each got one of these handmade loraxes. that's what happens when you go to a private girls school. And last but not least - this alarm clock I got in Hong Kong. I used to have one that was 10 times louder. But it plays a really annoying loud bugle song and yells out "wake up, rise and shine". It was a novelty when I bought it but now they have them everywhere. Cheap thing made in China doesnt work anymore.

what the hell is a lorax?? Hmmm, check w/pigpen but I bet you can ebay some of this stuff and make some $. Just ask pigpen!

a lorax is from a dr. seuss books, he saves trees or something, i couldn't find that freakish care bear--RD
aww! i'm just catching up on your blog....i used to have a kerropi (sp?) alarm clock just like that freshmen year, but then it got annoying....since i'm an infamous snoozer.
hi - hahaha...yah what the hell is a lorax...i can't see it. i used to have a stupid doraemon thing that used to sound like someone put a bugle in my ear then -- every morning, i wanted to chuck that thing in the wall! what angst! ok. lubya!
