Today I made a sandwich and sort of copied MocMoc's idea. I put a sunny side up egg on top. It was goood. It was my typical sandwich, sun dried tomato turkey, spinach, tomato, cheese, avocado. I think i might try one with actual sun dried tomato instead of tomatos and put it in a tortilla...maybe... ha ha
