i heart artichoke

For dinner tonight I made pasta. It was fusilli pasta with chicken sausage, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, chicken stock, white wine, basil, italian parsley, parmesan cheese, and mozarella. Yum yum! It was so good! And then for dessert I made chocolate covered strawberries.

This morning I had a group meeting at my place and so we worked all day. All I had to eat was airborne and oatmeal walnut chocolate chip cookies and two cups of coffee. Sad.
