Salad



Taking the leftover rotisserie chicken from the previous night's chicken quesadilla, I made a chicken and potato with watercress salad. Nice and simple with a light mustard vinaigrette dressing. This salad is one of my favorite things to make in the summer. --MM

Of course! :) Almost all the salad dressings I use are home-made....except for caesar. Although one of these days, I will make my own caesar dressing. --MM
