Pasta, again.



Whole wheat pasta with rotisserie chicken, spicy tomato olive sauce and fresh spinach. And of course, we can't forget the grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese! Made this at home with whatever I could find in the fridge. It was actually pretty tasty...not too heavy for summer. --MM

YUM!, looks good. I don't think I've ever really had spinach in my spaghetti though

No, I didn't make the pasta myself. I still don't have a pasta roller yet. :( --MM
