Papparadelle with Smashed Peas



I found a recipe for papparadelle with smashed pea. It looked so good in my "Real Simple" magazine but it didn't taste as good as I thought it would. Mr. Moc said "why did you have to smash up the peas?". I wonder if it would have tasted better if I used regular ricotta cheese instead of the fat-free version? --MM
