Again, here's a dish from another dinner with my friend, G, except this time, we went out to dinner, along with our friend, P. I can't remember the name of the restaurant - I'll have to get that from B later. The pasta pictured here is bucatini (hollow spaghetti) with smashed fava beans and pancetta. Yum! --MM

Yeah, the best way to describe bucatini is that it's like hollow spaghetti. It looks just like spaghetti here but the inside is hollow...like a straw. --MM
