My friend, G, made dinner for me when I was in town (SF). For dinner, he made two different types of homemade ravioli: sweet potato ravioli with browned butter and sage sauce and a pancetta and mushroom ravioli with a tomato cream sauce. Both were delicious! Pictured here is the salad course...shaved fennel, artichoke and parmesan.
G taught me how to make homemade pasta. I can't wait to make my own pasta...just need to get a pasta roller first. --MM
