Since Rocketdog seems to missing in action, I've posted this shot in her honor. I made this wild mushroom risotto with peas and grilled salmon for Rocketdog on my last day in town. The risotto turned out pretty yummy, if I do say so myself, but the salmon wasn't so fresh. :( --MM
Rocketdog: I think you might have a shot of this dish. You should post it too. Be cool to see your perspective. :)

i will post it when i get a chance! yah, the salmon wasn't so great, but the risotto was good. I ate it for days. I made my own salmon as well which was better cause it was fresher
