Leftovers



I made a simple dinner last night with the leftovers from the roast chicken with linguine and brocoli rabe. The sauce was made from lemon juice & zest, chicken broth, pine nuts, parmesan cheese and a bit of proscuito. Even though no cream was added, the pasta had a creamy, comforting taste to it. --MM
